FRRK Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1). Payment Cycle
All commissions will be paid on the 10th of each month. If this date falls on a public holiday, the payment will be processed on the next business day. Only orders that have been marked as delivered and remain in a valid status for at least 30 days will be eligible for commission payment. A valid status means that the order has not been refunded, canceled, or subject to any return or exchange requests within the 30-day period.

2). Minimum Payment Threshold
Affiliates must accumulate a minimum of $10 USD in commissions for each payment cycle. If the commission amount does not meet the threshold, the unpaid commission will be carried over to the next payment cycle until the threshold is met.

3). Payment Methods
Payments will be made via one of the following methods:

• PayPal: Commissions will be paid via PayPal within 7 business days after the payment cycle ends. Please note that PayPal charges a processing fee, which varies depending on the country or region of the recipient. For more details, refer to the: https://www.paypal.com/us/digital-wallet/paypal-consumer-fees

• Store Discount Coupon: Affiliates may choose to receive commissions in the form of an equivalent store discount coupon, which can be used for purchases in our store or given to others.

• Store Gift Card: Affiliates may also choose to receive commissions in the form of a store gift card, which can be used for purchases in our store or given to others.

4). Commission Calculation
All commissions will be calculated within 3 business days after the end of each month. Commissions are based on actual sales, traffic generated from promotional activities, and other relevant metrics. All commission payments are net payments, meaning any refunds or adjustments for canceled transactions will be deducted from the total commission.
5). Taxation
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations, and taxes will be handled according to the relevant tax laws of the affiliate's country. The affiliate program will provide tax-related documentation as required by law. If tax information (e.g., W-9 form or other documents) is needed, affiliates must provide the relevant details during registration.

6). Refunds, Cancellations, and Failed Deliveries
If a sale promoted by an affiliate is refunded, canceled, or subject to an exchange request, the order will no longer qualify for commission. Additionally, if an order fails to be delivered and the package is resent, the order will no longer qualify for commission. Refunds, cancellations, exchange requests, and delivery issues are processed within 30 days and will impact the next payment cycle.

7). Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting the personal information of our affiliates. Any data collected for payment or taxation purposes, such as names, addresses, and tax identification numbers, will be stored securely and used only in compliance with relevant laws, including GDPR. 8). Affiliate Opt-Out
If affiliates wish to opt out of the program, they can simply contact our support team via email at support@ifrrk.com with their intent to leave. Upon receiving the opt-out request, we will process and confirm it within 5 business days. Please note that after opting out, affiliates will no longer be eligible to earn commissions on future orders, but will still receive any pending commissions that are greater than $10, where the order status is over 30 days old and has not been subject to any refunds, returns, exchanges, or reshipping.

9). Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If any changes are made, affiliates will be notified in advance, and the updated terms will be provided. Continued participation in the program after the changes are made will constitute acceptance of the new terms. Affiliates are encouraged to review the terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

10). Payment Delays and Issue Resolution
If there is a delay in payments, affiliates can contact customer support at support@ifrrk.com for assistance. Any payment-related issues must be reported within 30 days of the payment date. The affiliate program will investigate and resolve any issues within 5 business days of receiving the inquiry.

11). Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, affiliates will receive a payment confirmation email detailing the payment amount, payment method, and payment date.
