Great customer service

The cage its self works very well and is a great addition to my collection of devices. The main advantage of this cage is the open front allowing easy urination as well as cleaning. It’s a large cage then by current one which does allow and promote erections more then my other micro cage but that’s fine as everything is still under lock and key.
My main area I was impressed with was communication from customer services. My first communication was due to a long delivery time… was my fault I forgot about China new year (im based in the UK) my 2nd interaction was due to an issue with the machining of the base ring that would not allow the locking mechanisms to fit. There was a no quibble approach and a replacement ring was sent to me asap free of charge. Very impressed thank you.
